Dick serves as the Chief of Staff for Northland, A Church Distributed. Northland is located in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida.Northland is a church of 12,000 attendees and has a strong satellite ministry, as well as a high-quality significant web-streaming ministry from each of their 5 services every weekend. Prior to his current role he served as the Sr. Vice President over the Global Field Organization for Crown Financial Ministries an organization that assists people in developing financial freedom, planning for their future and increasing their giving, for the purpose of funding the Great Commission. Dick also served with John Maxwell as a vice president of EQUIP in charge of the Emerging Leaders Division. He was responsible for EQUIP’s global mentoring initiatives. Prior to joining EQUIP, Dick was the founder and president of Emerging Young Leaders—a global ministry designed to develop the world’s emerging leaders. He developed a major mentoring initiative and then trained and resourced adult mentors to build into younger lives.Dick spent 34 years in the ministry of Youth for Christ. After serving the first 10 years at the local chapter level, Dr. Wynn spent the next 24 years in 4 strategic YFC leadership roles including the Presidency of Youth for Christ USA.Dick and his wife Janet have two married children and four grandchildren. |
