“Can two walk together, unless they agree?” (Amos 3:3) We know the answer to this rhetorical question, “No.” Pastors who attempt to lead their congregation in the direction of a vision they believe they have received from God can face resistance from those within the congregation who do not share the same vision. So many of the struggles pastors face arise from this area of contradictory visions.

The conflict is over but I’m hurt

"I was about to get fired and certain I had done nothing wrong. The staff at CfP stabilized me family, helped bring the truth to light, and walked with our church through the conflict. I did not get fired, and the church soon entered into a season of revival. CfP is truly an Ally to pastors and their families."

− Pastor Jonathan

"After being mobbed by the church leadership team and forced to resign, CfP picked me up, bandaged my wounds and then guided me for 7 months while I sought another ministry position. I’d be out of the ministry without CfP’s ministry!"

− Pastor Michael

"This ministry understands clergy mobbing and actively works with pastors and churches to avoid it and recover from it. I trust their interaction and recommend their involvement with every church I am responsible for."
